My sister came home on Sunday! It was cool to see her again after three and a half months. I only wish my bro Micah could come home. This is going to be wierd because it will be the first thanksgiving that he will not be home. I love you bro! One thing that we are going to do is have the Crafts over. Mrs. Craft is one of the new teachers at the school. One of our family traditions is, every Thanksgiving we watch White Christmas. It is a good movie with Danny K. Bing Crosby and Rosemary Cloony. If you haven't seen it I recommend it Well that is just a few things that are happening for me on my Thanksgiving.

Sorry I haven't bogged in hmm... FOREVER.

I just want to share a verse with you that has been on my mind.

Isaiah 66:1-2
1Thus says the LORD:"Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool;what is the house that you would build for me, and what is the place of my rest? 2All these things my hand has made, and so all these things came to be, declares the LORD.But this is the one to whom I will look: he who is humble and contrite in spirit and trembles at my word.

The first time I read that verse, I was so chalenged. The first part of the verse talks about how great and powerful our God is, and the second part is about the type of person that God will look to. I was very chalenged to think and compare my own life to what the verse says we should be like. First of all how am I doing on being humble? It is very easy to be trapped in that. Am I contrite in spirit? When was the last time I actually trembled at God's word? I mean like actually tremble. When was I in awe God's word?

Well I think this is a good verse to think about.
